Then we’ll open our eyes and continue exploring simple clay-building techniques, using touch, texture, and form to see where the material takes us.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe’ll begin with a brief guided relaxation, spend most of the session working with clay, and finish with a few quiet moments to reset before heading back into the day.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo art or clay experience is needed.
