Refund policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Akron ArtWorks reserves the right to cancel classes with low enrollment. If a class has not reached its minimum enrollment by the registration deadline listed on the class page, it may be cancelled. We encourage early registration to ensure that classes reach minimum enrollment. All registrants will be notified prior to the class start date of any cancellations.

REFUND POLICY:
If Akron ArtWorks needs to cancel a class:

• Participants with have the option of either transferring to another class, having their fee turned into a credit to be used at some future date, or a full refund, if Akron ArtWorks must cancel a class due to low enrollment.

If the student needs to cancel a registration:

• Please contact by phone at 330-983-9983 or by email: akronartworks@gmail.com.
• Fees for classes, workshops, and camps are non-refundable
• Refunds based on special circumstances must be submitted for approval and are not guaranteed.
