Cartoon/Comic Book Art Class for Kids (Ages 10–15)
This class introduces young artists to the fundamentals of cartoon and comic book drawing—an engaging art style that simplifies and exaggerates real life through bold shapes, clear lines, and imaginative design. Students will learn how to use basic forms, such as circles and ovals, to build expressive characters and scenes while experimenting with proportion, personality, and storytelling.
Guided by an experienced instructor, students will:
Develop strong observation and drawing skills.
Learn to simplify complex imagery into essential shapes.
Understand how exaggeration and proportion create visual interest.
Build confidence through individual and group exercises.
Each session encourages creativity while reinforcing core art principles like design, composition, and expression. All materials are supplied by the studio—no prior drawing experience required.
