Wellness Through Art: Fall Nature Mandala

Slow down. Look closely. Create with what nature gives us.

Leaves, branches, grasses, seed pods, and other fall plant materials become the building blocks for a work of art.

In this relaxed workshop, you’ll use natural materials to create your own mandala, arranging colors, shapes, and textures into a repeating design. There’s no right way to make one. Start in the center, follow the materials that interest you, and watch the pattern grow one piece at a time.

We’ll begin with a brief guided relaxation, spend most of the session arranging and creating, and finish with a few quiet moments to appreciate what we’ve made.

No art experience is needed. This workshop is about slowing down, looking closely, and enjoying the simple process of making something from the materials of the season.

And because we're working with real natural materials, your mandala will continue to change after you take it home. Leaves will dry, colors will shift, and eventually the materials will begin to break down—just as they do in nature.
